I'm a cartoonist and fine artist originally from California, starting in caricature many years ago in San Diego. While serving in the US Navy on Coronado Island, I decided to take a part-time job at the Sea World theme park to learn to draw people in a different way. I soon found that I loved making people smile (and sometimes laugh) while taking a break from my more "serious" oil and watercolor paintings. I never thought they'd hire someone with a fine art portfolio and very few cartoon samples. I'm so glad they took a chance.

I now reside in New Mexico, and we're loving the more relaxed atmosphere. I really enjoy making people smile when they see their final drawing. I'm committed to making sure that everyone loves their experience.
